(PRWEB) July 29, 2004 -- WorldScape Inc. today announced that despite several
technical meetings and a negotiated agreement, there remains no formal
relationship between itself and NanoSignal Corporation. Despite recent efforts
and commitments by NanoSignal Corporation to the program that would provide
differentiating performance enhancements to the SLICES™ application, the
negotiations between the companies have not resulted in a funded agreement.
“We have engaged in several technical discussions and are well versed
and uniquely capable of assisting NanoSignal to achieve the levels of
improvement desired for their SLICES™ application. Despite our desire to work
closely with NanoSignal, WorldScape will continue its strategy to engage
companies in the medical imaging industry and bring strategic advantage to those
companies that adopt solutions based on the Company’s technology.” WorldScape
has demonstrated the highest performance radar processing benchmarks in the
world and expects to deliver significant discriminating value to partner
companies in the medical imaging industry.
“We are hopeful that
NanoSignal can consummate a deal under new terms more reflective of the apparent
risk, but are engaging other leading players in the industry to realize the
significant value for our shareholders. We are very confident that our
disruptive technology will create substantial differentiation in this
multi-billion dollar industry,” added Rogina.
