agreement with ACM Laboratories of Rochester NY. , a subsidiary of Unity Health
Systems, Ltd., to license Look For Health's proprietary test panel for
gastrointestinal dysfunction in children with ADD, ADHD and Autism. Under this
agreement, Look For Health LLC provides ACM exclusive rights to market and
perform the Test panel looking for gastrointestinal dysfunction in children with
these and other conditions. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
