Record
Triple Athens Paralympics gold medalists and Tahitian Noni
International sponsored athlete, Christopher Scott, from Queensland, has just
set a new world record at the 2005 Australian Track Cycling
Championships.
Chris took more than a whole second off the world record
for the 1km time trial for CP Div4 men covering the distance in 1:10.058 to
eclipse the previous record set by Czech rider Jiri Bouska at the Athens
Paralympics of 1:11.353.
Chris is both a Paralympics and world champion
in the Road Time Trial having dominated the sport in Athens, Atlanta ’96 and
Sydney 2000 Games. Chris was extremely happy with his win, and especially with
the world record time.
Chris attributes his increasing skill with
