PA State Nurses Association Accepting Nominations For Its Annual Courage, Commitment and Compassion Award
The PA State Nurses Association today began accepting nominations for its 3rd Annual Courage, Commitment and Compassion Award in honor of National Nurses Week.
Harrisburg, PA (PRWEB) May 8, 2004 -– Since 2002, the PA Nurses Courage,
Commitment and Compassion Award has been given to a Pennsylvania registered
nurse displaying amazing dedication to the nursing profession while delivering
the highest quality of care on a continual basis.
“The purpose of this
award is to honor the nursing community, and a particular nurse who has
contributed to the lives of others, as well as the nursing profession,” said
Michele Campbell, executive administrator for the Pennsylvania State Nurses
Association. “This is a unique opportunity for the community to honor that
special nurse who has made a true difference.”
Anyone wishing to submit a
nomination should explain why they believe their nominee deserves the 2004 PA
Nurses Courage, Commitment and Compassion Award in an essay of 500 words or
less. Attach the essay to a completed nomination form and email, fax or mail all
information by July 31, 2004 to:
