Recently, Mr. Peter Ross
successfully represented spinal industry company ORTHOTEC in a lawsuit against
French manufacturer Eurosurgical, S.A. Following trial, the court found OrthoTec
to be the sole, legitimate holder of ALL intellectual property rights in North
America to spinal implants and surgical tools marketed under the trade names
SCS, Claris, Zenith and Oria. The jury awarded OrthoTec $9,000,000 in damages
against Eurosurgical.
