to expand therapy service geared specifically to the growing population of women
that are addicted to the Internet. Ms. Hardway said in
her comments, “We are seeing in our society that addiction to the Internet is
becoming increasingly common and specifically we are seeing in the clients we
treat more and more women seeking counseling for such addiction. “
