Prostate Laser Services of America, LLC Now Forming Stand Alone Urologist Owned Greenlight PVP Laser Joint Ventures
PLSA does not dilute the urologist investors potential income with other modalities, such as lithotripsy. Equipment and technologists are based locally.
Atlanta (PRWEB) June 30, 2005 -- Prostate Laser Services of America, LLC has
acquired the Greenlight Laser portion of a brachytherapy and laser
company.
Mike Hart, President of PLSA states: " The company needed to
divest itself of this portion of its business. PLSA will be taking over the
Greenlight Laser LLCs."
PLSA provides complete turn-key Limited Liability
Company formation for Urologists interested in performing the Greenlight PVP
Laser treatment for BPH. Our model allows the surgeon to share in the profits of
a larger market by moving the equipment from facility to facility in a given
area.
The company provides a better quality of service. On time, all the
time. The equipment is always based locally, usually within an hour from your
facility. Your technologists are Certified to perform Greenlight Laser
procedures, and perform only that modality, not several like most private mobile
companies.
Mr. Hart also says: " The LLC currently in place showed a 200%
return in the investment for the shareholders in a 14 month period of time. Now
that we will be concentrating solely on the Laser business, we believe we can
establish similar returns for the urologists in other areas of the
country."
Paul Arnold, M.D., one of the largest utilizers of the
Greenlight PVP Laser system in the United States is Prostate Laser Services of
America's Medical Director.
