Nothing but 'Love' for 'E-Girl' Writer-Producer

Golden Globe and Emmy winning actor Beau Bridges is set to star in this love story which focuses on a family dealing with Alzheimer's disease.

(PRWEB) January 20, 2005 -- Re-teaming with "E-Girl" co-writer Joe Wehinger, Heather Robinson has signed on as a Co-Producer for the upcoming indie drama, "Remembering: It's About Love," which Wehinger wrote and is set to direct in February 2005.

The love story focuses on a family dealing with a very personal tragedy: Alzheimer's disease. Golden Globe and Emmy winner, Beau Bridges is set to star in this powerful drama.

Robinson, will be joining Executive Producer Milena Rimassa-Merrill's Isis Films for this production. Robinson is currently Producing her next feature film, "E-Girl", based on her life as a customer service representative for the world's largest internet provider. Carrie Fisher is attached to star in and rewrite the script.

Rimassa has been the Executive Producer or Co-Executive Producer behind a treasure trove of outstanding movies, including 2000's powerful "Other Voices," with Stockard Channing, 1999's "Graduation Week," and 1998's wonderfully acted "Mel," with Ernest Borgnine.

"Remembering: It's About Love" will be Wehinger's directorial debut. He is known for his award winning short film "Last Breath," which won four film festivals including the coveted American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Visionary Award.

Acclaimed composer and jazz enthusiast Ira Newborn, will be composing the music. Newborn is known for composing great music for memorable movies such as Molly Ringwald's unforgettable 1984 romantic comedy, "Sixteen Candles," and 1986's cult classic "Ferris Bueller's Day Off".

Casting for "Remembering: It's About Love" is currently underway with a production start of February in New Orleans, LA.
