Cincinnati Hypnotist Says “Quit Trying to Quit Smoking”
Making a healthy change is on everyone’s mind this time of year. One of the most sought after New Year’s resolution is to quit smoking. Certified Hypnotist William Molitor helps to bring that wish one step closer with free educational hypnosis seminars.
(PRWEB) December 20, 2004 -- January 4th, 2005, marks the first day of its
kind when professionals in the field of hypnotism from organizations around the
world will be sharing their expertise while promoting the truths and benefits of
hypnotism. This is World Hypnotism Day.
Making a healthy change is on
everyone’s mind this time of year. One of the most sought after New Year’s
resolution is to quit smoking. Certified Hypnotist William Molitor helps to
bring that wish one step closer with his free education seminars at the
Tri-State Hypnosis Center and other areas surrounding Greater Cincinnati,
January 4 thru 8, 2005.
The intention of these seminars is to educate
the public about hypnosis. William says “That it is only through education that
individuals will be able to make sound decisions about whether or not hypnosis
is right for them to use to quit smoking and become a non-smoker”. One popular
myth that interferes with these decisions is that hypnosis is mind control. “It
is important to note that no one can be hypnotized against their will” says
William, “and no one can be forced to do things while in hypnosis which they do
not want to do.” Learning some important tools such as positive self talk can
greatly increase anyone’s success rate. With this new information you will
discover that you do not use hypnosis to try to quit smoking, you use it to
become a non-smoker.
Hypnotism is a safe and powerful intervention for a
variety of motivational, self-improvement and goal achieving situations. It is
natural and free of side effects, the results are long lasting and often
permanent. The American Medical Association approved hypnosis as a viable
medical practice in 1958.

Ethical guidelines
The National Guild of Hypnotists has
ethical guidelines, which all members must adhere to. The National Guild of
Hypnotists holds to the ideal that hypnotism should be practiced in a free and
open manner in line with all national and state requirements. NGH Hypnotists are
not practicing medical or mental health arts (unless additional credentials are
held by the member). Hypnotists do not diagnose disease, but can help in an
adjunct to conventional medical or mental health interventions. We have our own
unique non-diagnostic language, which we use with clients in order to help them
to achieve.
