"The Sum of Our Parts-- A Family Medicine Review" Presented by The Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants, November 3-7, 2004 San Antonio, Texas
Charlene M. Morris, MPAS, PA-C and President of the Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants emphasizes “there are 33 hours of approved Category I Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits available approved by the American Academy of Physician Assistants, with several adjunct sessions including meals provided, and of course, the always beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk right at the hotel’s doorstep! PAs from all over the nation will be in attendance to meet and have what we fervently hope will be another great conference.”

Paster will be our keynote speaker ‘How to Live a Long and Happy Life’
http://www.wpr.org/zorba/ Dr. Paster will be having an autograph/photo op

“This year, we have

Morris, reports that last year approximately
400 physician assistants/associates from across the nation attended their
largest conference “We were extremely pleased with the quality and enthusiasm at
last year’s conference. She noted AFFPA conference attendees had a wide variety
of exceptional medical topics from which to choose, and medical education hours
awarded exceeded those of previous meetings. Morris continued, "We aspire to be
THE autumn conference PAs wish to attend. Being in Sunny San Antonio soothes the
pre-holiday stress and allows us to meet with PAs from throughout the US and
Canada and in past years, internationally".
Registration Fees are
affordable and many students attend the activities from national universities.
These included PA students and pre-PA students-- both groups are welcomed and
will enjoy meeting practicing Physician Assistants / Associates. Many students
often volunteer throughout the conference, performing essential
duties.
