Southborough announced today that Dr. Gina G. La Prova, M.D., has taken over as
director of the medspa’s medical practice. Dr. La Prova, a specialist in
minimally invasive cosmetic medical procedures, replaces Dr. Elliot Lach, M.D.,
the widely regarded Boston-area expert in cosmetic surgery.

Dr. La Prova, a graduate of and assistant professor at Brown Medical School in

addition to her preceptorship in cosmetic facial surgery, Dr. La Prova has been
specifically trained, licensed and/or certified in a wide range of minimally

treatments; Advanta lip implants; and skin procedures such as mesotherapy,
sclerotherapy, microdermabrasions and chemical peels.
